He asserted that music is a global language while representing President Muhammadu Buhari at the UNWTO Global Conference on Linking Tourism, Culture, and the Creative Industries.

Before declaring the event open, he said in his speech that people who don't understand the lyrics of a song enjoy the rhythm. Professor Yemi Osinbajo stated that Nigerian music, rendered in Nigerian languages, is now being played around the world.

Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial Adjourned Indefinitely

A Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday adjourned indefinitely the trial of the Biafra nation agitator, Nnamdi Kanu in the terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government of Nigeria 

The Government's appeal to the Supreme Court seeking a reversal of the Court of Appeal decision is currently pending.

Meanwhile, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, refused to appear before a Federal High Court in Abuja, Nigeria on Monday in protest of the Government's refusal to obey a Court of Appeal judgment that ordered his release from detention.
