Casey, who helmed Canada's team since the 2011-12 season, owns the Raptors' franchise record for wins and made the playoffs the past five seasons. Yet, for the third straight year, and despite the No. 1 seed, Toronto couldn't make it past LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the playoffs.
Casey joins a list of other coaches across all sports this millennium who weren't retained following a successful season.
